Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During new launches, pre-orders, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

For pre-orders, please refer to the estimated shipping date provided at checkout. Your full order will ship once all items are ready.

We offer reliable nationwide shipping across South Africa, with delivery typically taking 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping on selected promotions.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your delivery journey.
